This website, noxtech.ai, and its sales and implementation platform are operated by Nox Tech, trading as NOX TECH ("NOX TECH", "we"). This notice explains how we handle personal data about website visitors, prospects, clients, and authorized platform users.
2. Data we collect
We collect information you provide, such as names, work contact details, account details, messages, and client records entered into the platform. We also collect service and security information such as sign-in activity, usage events, device and browser details, and technical logs.
3. Website measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page visits and a limited set of selected call-to-action interactions, and Vercel Speed Insights to measure technical performance. Our custom events contain only action and surface categories and do not include names, email addresses, user IDs, form values, query strings, or free-form text. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Hosting and measurement providers may still process technical request information to deliver, measure, and protect their services.
4. Purposes and lawful handling
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, provide and secure the platform, manage client workflows, communicate about our work, improve our services, and meet contractual and legal obligations. Depending on the context and applicable law, we handle data to perform a contract, pursue legitimate business interests, comply with legal obligations, or with consent where required.

We use service providers for functions such as hosting, database and authentication, email delivery, analytics, and optional AI-enabled processing. They process data for the services they provide to us, subject to their terms and our configuration.

We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect the data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
